Mandoo Club is keeping the Korean tradition alive by sharing our own family Kimchi recipe that's been passed down by generations and is still served at the Kim family restaurant in Korea. It’s the perfect blend of spicy and tangy, with just a touch of umami found in high-quality, authentic Kimchi. Learn the proper prepping, fermenting, and storage techniques to get optimal flavor. It also makes a unique, DIY gift for friends! You will end the class taking home your own homemade kimchi and enjoy a delicious kimchi dish you will learn how to make at home!
Details:
- Classes are held in a private garden located in the Outer Sunset in San Francisco
- End the class with delicious dish made with kimchi
- All ingredients will be prepped before your arrival
- Aprons and mason jars will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own
- To book a live class you need at least minimum 6 people. Maximum 20 people.
- Class will run 1.5 hours - 2 hours
