Your instructor will lead you through a step-by-step process, from prepping the ingredients to mastering the perfect wrapping technique. You'll discover the history of mandoo and learn to create wrapping variations like a pro!
But most importantly, you'll have a blast getting hands-on and enjoying your delicious creations at the end of class. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a complete beginner, this class is for everyone.

Details:
- All classes are private. You can team up with friends and family for an intimate experience.
- Class will last up to 2 hours (up to 45 minutes of additional prep work before class if making your own wrappers).
- You will be sent prep notes including a shopping list of ingredients, required cooking tools, and quick tips on how to prepare videos
- During class, we will go through each step of the process from chopping and seasoning to folding techniques.
- Learn how to cook dumplings restaurant style.
- At the end of the class, you will be able to enjoy your own homemade mandoos for lunch, snack, or dinner.
- Each session will yield between 30 - 50 pieces, so there will be plenty leftovers to freeze. Unless you eat them all, they also make great gifts for family & friends!
